One thing that seems to be getting overlooked is the accessibility to multimedia when viewed on mobile platforms. It should also be possible to use the mobile forms on full computers as well (not just from mobile devices) as many people find the mobile forms easier to use than that pages designed full computers. Larger, simpler, less confusing, less clutter/distraction, easier to use. Especially for more elderly users or those with disabilities.
Since the beginning of accessibility work it has been recognized that materials and applications that follow accessibility guidelines work better on mobile platforms. They scale in size better, and lend themselves to representation (the core of accessibility).
